  • BANKRUPTCY DIVISION- Prestigious property assets appraisal, bankrupted company, Prato (Florence) residential use (estimated overall value about EUR 3.3 million), as well as furnishings , furniture and various items of furniture (estimated overall value about EUR 83.000) .

2014   COURT OF FLORENCE: various assignments as a Court-appointed expert among others:

  • Appraisal regarding a property assets for residential use, San Casciano Val di Pesa (Florence), Marina di Scarlino (Grosseto) (estimated overall value abou EUR 700,000)
  • Appraisal regarding a property assets for residential and agricultural use, Cerreto Guidi (Florence) (estimated overall value about EUR 327,000)
  • BANKRUPTCY DIVISION - Property appraisal, bankrupted company, Montespertoli (Florence), residential use (estimated overall value about EUR 425,000)
