• Graduated at the Faculty of Architecture of Florence, Department of Architectural Design, graduation thesis about "Multifunctional equipment system at Le Piagge, Florence", grade achieved 110/110

• Science High School diploma

• In 1980 starts his continuous collaboration with archt. Armando Donnamaria, providing his work for all assignments of the firm: since 1991 the relationship will change to an association among professionals.

  Following the passing of archt. Donnamaria, archt. Bartolini continues the activity of the firm.

• PODERI ARCANGELO - Project for fitting-out works  in a farmhouse outdoor area, San Gimignano (Siena).

• Property assets appraisal in the city center of Florence, via San Gallo, via delle Mantellate, several different uses (residential, commercial, tourist accommodation) - (estimated overall value about EUR 24 million).

2015

• Divisional project and works management regarding a large building unit, splitting in three different ones, residential use, Florence, via delle Lame.

• Design and works management regarding the renovation of a building unit for residential use, viale Michelangiolo (Florence).

2014

• Property assets appraisal, n. 9 building units located in Florence,mainly for residential use (estimated overall value about EUR 2 million).

• Appraisal regarding a multipurpose-building (industrial/artisanal use) located in Siena (estimated overall value about EUR 500,000).

2013/2014

• Project for prestigious footwear show-room in Florence. Finishes, fixtures and furniture design.

2012

• Project for fitting-out works in a farmhouse outdoor area, pedestrian and vehicular entrance, San Gimignano (Siena).

• Design and works management for the division of a large building unit, construction of 3 units for tourist accommodation use in Florence.

2010

• Design and works management for fitting-out works of private outdoor area, adjoining a  building unit for resdiential use, open and covered spaces, entrances and parking zone, via San Felice a Ema (Florence).

2008

• Project and works management for the renovation of a building unit, residential use, in Milan. Finishes, fixtures and furniture design.

2007

• Various assignments as an Expert of the Party, among others: Property assets appraisal, multipurpose use, in Pisa and Casanova Lerrone (Savona).

• Property assets appraisal with divisional project, Montelupo Fiorentino (Florence), Fibbiana (Florence), (estimated overall value about EUR 1.3 million).

• Coordination and technical assistance for facade renovation of Educandato S.S. Annunziata, Poggio Imperiale, Florence (amount of contract about EUR 400,00).

2006/07

• Project and works management for the renovation of a villa located in Florence, via San Felice a Ema (about m² 250). Finishes, fixtures and furniture design.

• Design for interior renovation of a building unit (farmhouse), tourist accommodation use, San Gimignano (Siena).

2005/06

• C.S. IMMOBILIARE Spa - Design and works management for the restoration of a building complex called “Le Case” (about m² 550), Greve in Chianti (Florence). Project suspended, rough construction site.

• Design and works management for the renovation and merging of 2 building units in a single one (about m² 250), via Montanini, Siena. Finishes, fixtures and furniture project.

2005

• EMMEBI SERVIZI SOC. COOPERATIVA MEDICA - via del Carmine Vigevano (Pavia): project and works management, outpatient clinic about m² 160. Finishes, fixtures and furniture project.

2003/04

• UGOLINI & FIGLI S.p.a.: project and works management for the renovation of a prestigious menswear showroom (about m² 220), via Calzaiuoli, Florence. Finishes, fixtures and furniture design including restoration and recovery of some parts of pre-existing furniture.

• Design and works management for the renovation and merging of 2 building units in a single one (c/a m² 165) Milano, P.za del Rosario.Finishes, fixtures and furniture project.

2003

• GALLERIA “IL PONTE” – Firenze, via di Mezzo: progetto e D.L. per restauro e allestimento nuovo spazio espositivo sede (c/a m² 220). 

• Progetto e D.L. per la ristrutturazione di due unità immobiliari con accorpamento delle stesse (complessivamente c/a m² 140), Milano P.za del Rosario. Finishes, fixtures and furniture project.

2002/04

• C.S. IMMOBILIARE S.p.a.: progetto e D.L. per recupero compendi immobiliari nel Comune di Greve in Chianti denominati Gazzera (c/a m² 380), Casalone (c/a m² 400).

• RELAIS S. CROCE: D.L. architettonica, Progetto e D.L. opere strutturali per trasformazione in Struttura Alberghiera, PALAZZO CIOFI IACOMETTI (c/a m² 2.000) Firenze via Ghibellina.

• TENUTA DI CAPEZZANO, S. Gimignano (SI): opere di finitura, arredi fissi e mobili, ristrutturazione n. 3 immobili per uso ricezione turistica.

2002/03 

• Progetto architettonico e D.L. di due unità immobiliari con accorpamento delle stesse, Firenze, via R. Sanzio (c/a m² 250), consolidamento solai piano mansarda per lo sfruttamento del volume disponibile. Progettazione arredi fissi e mobili.

• Progetto e D.L. per la ristrutturazione di un appartamento sito a Firenze, via Nicolodi.

• D.L. architettonica struttura recettiva (ristorante – pizzeria) posta in Firenze via Lorenzoni ( n. 150 posti, c/a m² 400).
